If you think about it, first dates are more important than people think: how well this goes will determine whether a second date is still in the cards. Most people go out for coffee or watch a movie. If you want some great first date ideas, here are three unique ones that are worth trying out:
Contrary to popular belief, board games aren’t just for nerds and there’s more than just Monopoly. Board games don’t always have boards and there are tons of entertaining ones that are specifically designed for couples to play. It’s a fun, unconventional way to get to know each other. For one thing, you won’t be awkward about asking each other questions when you’re doing it as a game!
Enjoying yourselves together is one thing, but bringing joy to others is quite another! However, volunteer dates are more than just a way you can make your first date more meaningful and purposeful. It’s also a way to determine whether you share the same morals and values. What’s more, you can learn other things about your date as you observe them interacting with volunteers or with people outside of their usual circle.
